“Krasny Kotelshchik” Invites to Cooperate
«The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik”» (TKZ) established an electronic platform TechnoChallengeTKZ for implementation of joint projects together with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, individual creators in the field of high-tech power equipment, as well as together with company employees. Fields for cooperation are machining, welding, assembly, measurements and quality control, pre-production engineering automation and packing.
“Krasny Kotelshchik” will provide input data for the chosen field to participants, will render judgement-based and advisory assistance, at implementation stage – will provide access to production and process engineering capacities of TKZ. If the outcome is acknowledged to be successful, the developer or the company who suggested the idea will get a money reward. TechnoChallengeTKZ is not supposed to be a competitive bidding; 20% of the confirmed annual factor is guaranteed to everyone whose development after it has been tried out in production will be implemented into the manufacturing processes of “Krasny Kotelshchik”.
Link for registration is http://www.tkz.su/technochallenge/. Also here one can get acquainted with the company business activity, range of products and key production tasks. While undergoing the registration it is necessary to choose the field and method of communication with organizers. There are two options, both – remote ones: by phone or in webinar format (once a month). Anyone who wants can take part in the webinar. TechnoChallengeTKZ is not a single project, it is a long-term program. That is why the registration is not limited in time, authors can participate in the project any time at their convenience.
“To remain competitive it is required to actively find and implement new ideas. For this purpose the e-platform TechnoChallengeTKZ was created. If earlier we implemented only own ideas of company employees, now we are expanding our partners’ circle providing the opportunity for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, individual developers to show themselves, to obtain invaluable experience, to be of benefit to one of the largest manufacturers and of course to earn money. There is a sort of positive synergetic effect for both parties. Such format of interaction will be convenient also for students of field-specific colleges and universities. For the students this is an excellent opportunity to fulfill their potential, to get more familiar with specifics of the large company, to communicate with experienced experts,” comments Aleksandr Tarakanov, the Chief Executive Officer of TKZ.
It is worth reminding that since 2012 the Think Tank project is being successfully implemented at “Krasny Kotelshchik”. The Think Tank is an in-house program aimed at searching new suggestions on improvement of product quality, performance and labor conditions. Employees are actively participating in the project. If a suggestion is approved for implementation, the author gets a onetime remuneration in the amount of 500 Rubles plus 2% of the confirmed economic effect (but not exceeding 1 mln. Rubles for an idea). Another 500 Rubles gets the person who implemented the idea in practice.
