One of the leading enterprises of Don Region – The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) – ranked 47th in the “Large companies” category of the prestigious independent Russian employer ranking presented by the platform HeadHunter (hh.ru). The ranking was compiled for the 16th time, with participants from 8 federal districts and 69 regions.

As part of the 2025 investment program, a modern electric bridge crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons was commissioned at the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ). The equipment is manufactured by a Russian manufacturer on a custom order from the company.

The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) became the awardee of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian organization of high social efficiency”. The company is among the winners in the category “For the Development of Human Resources in Industrial Organizations.” The plant achieved the successful result despite it is its first experience of participation in this competition.

The first city competition “The Best Mentor” has been held on the basis of the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ). It was a special project of the plant aimed at supporting and developing professional mentoring in production and in the vocational education system.
